Equipment Introduction

CNC Processing

We have more than 20 CNC lathes and computer gongs, with head travel ranging from 300 mm to 800 mm, which can meet the processing needs of customers to the maximum extent, and the processing accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.005 mm.

WEDM Processing

In order to fully meet the processing needs of customers, Jingyao imported Sadik wire cutting machine from Japan. The dimensional accuracy control is obviously better than other wire cutting machines. Our tolerance can be controlled within 0.002-0.005mm.

EDM Processing

The number of our EDM exceeds 10 sets, including Sodick, Dimon, Mitsubishi and other brands, and the processing tolerance can be controlled at ±0.003mm.

Grinding Processing

In order to meet the requirements of customers, we have introduced Taiwan's grinder equipment to meet the tolerance of some special parts. Our grinder tolerance can reach 0.001 ±mm.
